Northern Hemisphere Farewell Tour: fifth stop

This is our last trip for a few weeks, so I'm glad it was such a goodie. We spent a very happy Saturday morning seeing my cousin Leigh Anne graduate from Elizabethtown College in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania.

That's her accepting her diploma. Yay!

She is a total smartypants and incredibly hard worker as evidenced by the amount of nonsense she had to wear over her gown.
I hope someone got her a massage as a graduation pressie...those shoulders are going to need it.

And then the whole fam went out and ate ourselves silly to celebrate, seeing as how that is the only appropriate course of action on occasions such as this.

We had lunch in nearby Hershey. That's right, the town named for the chocolate. We even got a good whiff of chocolate from the factory during the graduation ceremony.  Our fab aunt and uncle invited us to join them for an impromptu Hershey Park visit, so we swiftly changed our plans to stay. More on that later.

In addition to the festivities, we had to say another round of goodbyes. With about 70 days to go, the departure is feeling more and more imminent.

But we only said "see you later" to her, because she's got her sights set on a visit to Cape Town!
And that's a good thing.
